The insurance covers damages to buildings caused by:

• Fires* (fires, smoke, lightning, explosions, implosions, scorch damage, etc.)
• Natural hazards* (flooding, storm damage, hailstones, avalanches, etc.)
• Water (liquid from pipes and similar installations and attached equipment and apparatus or aquariums, water beds, etc.).

Supplementary insurance:

• Glass breakage to glazing in buildings, accidental damage to cultivated areas, damage caused by martens, rodents and insects, damage to the building and costs for changing locks, emergency doors and locks following a break-in or attempted break-in.
