Cancellation costs insurance
This travel cancellation insurance covers legally or contractually owed cancellation costs and costs for services not made use of as a consequence of an insured event (e.g. if you or a close relative becomes ill, has an accident or dies; strikes, natural disasters or epidemics, etc. - as per GCI).

Breakdown assistance (Switzerland is included)
Organization, arrangement and assumption of costs in an emergency, e.g. breakdown assistance (including replacement of parts), towing away of vehicle, replacement vehicle for use during the repair work, assistance costs, accommodation, return and onward journeys. Valid in those countries in Europe listed on the green card, including Switzerland.

Travel insurance
Organization, arrangement and assumption of costs in an emergency, e.g. search, rescue and transport costs, return journeys, visiting, accommodation and subsistence costs.

Substitute travel insurance
Payment of the cost of a journey or trip booked and paid for before departure in the event of medically required repatriation organized by the emergency call center due to serious illness or accident.

Home Care Service
Organization and assumption of costs for immediate assistance in emergencies (caused by damage due to fire, natural hazards, theft, water and glass breakage) in your home or vacation home in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the enclaves of Büsingen and Campione.

Travellers legal protection abroad
Assertion of non-contractual claims for damages and protection of legal interests in the event of travel and sports accidents and in the event of suffering assault, robbery or theft. Valid outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Motorists legal protection CH and FL or Europe
Assistance in legal cases in your capacity as a road user, owner, keeper or driver of a motor vehicle. Assertion of claims for damages and representation in legal disputes with public authorities and courts.

Assistance in legal cases (e.g. in labor, rental and contract law) in your capacity as a private individual. Assertion of claims. Assumption of trial, experts’ and legal costs.
