All you need to do is:

1. Call our toll-free number 0800 811 811, make an appointment and find out where your nearest Help Point is.
2. Drive to the Help Point if your car is still roadworthy.
3. Get into a new vehicle and back on your way. Our Help Point staff will find the best way for you to continue your trip.
4. Damage report? Not necessary.
5. Repairs? We will start within 24 hours.
